Billy Jordan is part of the next generation at Jordan Fencing and has grown up around the family business from a young age.

After spending school holidays helping out over the years, Billy officially joined the business in July 2025. Since then, he has worked across different areas of the company, including time on site with the fencing gangs and alongside the contracts team. That experience has given him a good understanding of how the business operates from the ground up. He moved permanently into the sales team in September 2025, where he now works alongside Ben.

What does your role involve day to day?

Billy works closely with customers, processes orders and helps oversee the day-to-day operations in the yard. His role means working with different members of the team and helping wherever he is needed.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

For Billy, it is the people and the variety.

He particularly enjoys building relationships with customers, as well as having the opportunity to get involved in different tasks across the business.

If you had to describe Jordan Fencing in three words?

Reliable, dedicated and best in the game.

Tea or coffee?

Tea with a dash of honey.

Favourite biscuit?

A classic chocolate digestive.

Early bird or night owl?

Early bird, as long as golf is involved.

Favourite way to spend a weekend?

Saturdays are usually spent playing football, followed by golf on Sunday and plenty of time with family and friends.

Billy is still at the beginning of his career with Jordan Fencing, but having already gained experience across several areas of the business, he is building a strong understanding of the company and the customers it serves. As part of the next generation of the Jordan family, we’re looking forward to seeing his role continue to develop.
