Delivery and assembly takes approximately 3 – 4 weeks. We offer free delivery anywhere within the following postcodes:

Collections
- Collections are free of charge, if your order is small we will aim to have this ready the same day for collection or you can provide us a date you would like to collect your order. We will also give you a call to let you know when you order has been picked.

Deliveries
- Delivery fees will vary from different postcodes, refer to the postcode map to determine your delivery cost.
- Delivery is free on orders over £500 within the postcodes shown below. Any orders outside of these postcodes we deliver to will still be considered and a delivery fee will be confirmed.
- All deliveries within a 5-mile radius from Jordan Fencing are also free of charge.
- We are only able to deliver to the front garden/drive way of the property, our drivers will not be able to carry the order to any other location. If no one at the property is available to assist the driver with unloading the order, depending on the materials being provided we may have to send another staff member to assist the driver with unloading; please note this may increase the price of your delivery fee.

Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. For subscription services, you can cancel at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
