Leon joined Jordan Fencing in 2020 as a panel maker and has since progressed into the role of Yard Supervisor and Operative.
Over the years, he has built up strong knowledge of fencing products, customer service and the day-to-day running of the yard. He now plays an important role in keeping everything organised and making sure both customers and the wider team have what they need.
What is your role at Jordan Fencing?
I am the Yard Supervisor and Operative.
How long have you worked at Jordan Fencing?
I joined Jordan Fencing in 2020 as a panel maker.
Since then, I have taken on more responsibility within the yard and developed my knowledge of fencing, working with customers and organising the team.
What does your role involve day to day?
My role involves serving customers, preparing orders and organising the yard staff.
I also make sure everyone is equipped for their duties and keep track of the stock in the yard.
There is always plenty going on, so keeping everything organised is an important part of the job.
What is your favourite part of the job?
I enjoy meeting new customers and taking the time to understand what they need.
I also enjoy working alongside Danny C and the rest of the team.
How would you describe Jordan Fencing in three words?
Helpful, enjoyable and great people.
Tea or coffee?
Coffee with no sugar. I’m sweet enough!
What is your favourite biscuit?
A chocolate Hobnob.
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
Definitely an early bird.
What is your favourite way to spend a weekend?
A big takeaway, relaxing in the garden and unwinding after a busy week.
